Our consideration of nominations is based upon the Blue Plaque criteria, adopted by Addingham Civic Society on 19 March 2024, and available to view by clicking here. All nominations must meet these criteria.

Section Five. What happens next?

When you click the "Send Form" button below all of the details that you have entered will be forwarded to the Chairman of the Heritage group.

The nomination form will be reviewed by a group led by the Addingham Heritage Group and Addingham Civic Society. You will be contacted about any initial decision made and about any further information that may be required.
